TGL Industrial Services – Staffing is hiring two Parts Clerks for one of our clients located in the Rouyn-Noranda area, supporting a project in Virginiatown, Ontario.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Inventory & Warehouse Management

  • Organize and maintain the warehouse and jobsite storage areas;
  • Receive, inspect, and store parts and equipment;
  • Ensure inventory quantities remain accurate;
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts;
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized.

Parts Tracking & Distribution

  • Follow up on pending or backordered parts;
  • Prepare parts based on foremen’s requests;
  • Complete inventory transfers and coordinate the shipment of parts to Rouyn-Noranda;
  • Return surplus, unused, or repair parts to Rouyn-Noranda, ensuring they are clearly identified.

Procurement

  • Order parts based on established minimum and maximum stock levels to maintain adequate inventory;
  • Work with foremen to prepare requisitions and send them by email to Rouyn-Noranda;
  • Be required, when needed, to travel to Rouyn-Noranda to pick up parts.

Operational Collaboration

  • Support foremen and field teams with parts and equipment needs;
  • Ensure effective communication with site teams and administrative staff.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in parts management, inventory, or warehouse work (industrial or jobsite environment is an asset);
  • Knowledge of drilling parts or industrial equipment (strong asset);
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Autonomous and resourceful;
  • Ability to work in a jobsite environment;
  • Good physical condition;
  • Team player with a solutions-oriented approach;
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously;
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset, as the position may require interaction with English-speaking employees, suppliers, and clients.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day (variable)
  • Work location: Rouyn-Noranda – Virginiatown (Ontario)
  • Salary based on experience
  • Group insurance after one month (dental, vision, life, and prescription drugs)
  • EAP + Telemedicine after one month
